No colon cleaning for a while I caught the flu so I ended up missing about four days of taking Dr. Natura’s colonix system. I know that’s ten days of being off the system. I’ll have to start up again.

Day 9 – Colon cleansing system working?

My Bowel movement was still of good size and my appetite has grown. Tomorrow might be when my large lunch and dinner travels through my colon.

I noticed that I only had a bowle movement once today and perhpas it’s because I haven’t had enough water. In fact I only drank two glasses today. The instructions says to drink 8 glasses of water while taking everything.
