Day 30 – Review of Dr. Natura COLONIX program, did it work?

Today is day 30 on the Dr. Natura COLONIX system. Hopefully, you have found my experiment useful and my COLONIX review helpful in deciding if you should buy the colon cleaning system.

After taking Dr. Natura COLONIX for the past 30 days I have to say that it does work and it helped me. If you need more details to help you decision please read my previous days post or do a search on Google for other COLONIX reviews. I’m sure results vary from person to person.

I’ll be leting my body rest for a week. After that I’ll go back on COLONIX and start reviewing TOXINOUT.

Day 28 – Worms and parasites in my colon

Today is day 28 on the Dr. Natura COLONIX program review. Only two days left on the 30 day program. So far I have never seen any worms or parasites coming out of my colon. My bowel movements never came out like those pictures on the Dr. Natura website.

So the COLONIX system might not have cleaned worms and parasites out of my body, but it did help me to become much more regular. I feel that my stomach or tummy size has gone down. My pants does fit a lot better with my slimmer wasitline. Dr. Natura COLONIX has worked for me just not as extreme as described on the website. I understand that results vary with each person. Tonight I tried to let my tea bag sit for tenminutes before I took it out. I’ll let you know if there is any difference tomorrow.

Today. I had two huge bowel movements and two smaller ones. I had no breakfast today, a burrito for lunch, and some salmon for dinner.

Day 27 – Colon detox cleaning

Today is day 27 on the Dr. Natura COLONIX program and I had three bowel movements today. As for what I ate, I had bacon and eggs this morning at Denny’s, for lunch I had some sushi (so I didn’t eat much), and chili for dinner.

Yesterday, I talked about drinking water and why you need water when cleaning your colon. What I realized is that I should really remember to take my KleriTea. It seems that the KleriTea is important in detox process of my colon. KleriTea detox’s much more than just my colon, it helps to detox my kidneys, liver and blood. So if your looking to detox your body remember to take your KleriTea each night.

Day 26 – Why do you need to drink water when colon intestinal cleansing?

Today is day 26 on the COLONIX program. I was thinking what if I didn’t take the Paranil capsules and if I just took the COLONIX fiber mix? Would I still have great results? The reason I ask is it seems that the COLONIX fiber mix seems to be the reason why I have those great bowel movements. One of the ingredients that is essential to Dr. Natura system is WATER!

Why do I need to drink water when cleaning my intestines and colon? Well if you’re on the COLONIX program you should spread out your water intake throughout the day. Start your day off with one glass of water with your Paranil capsules and another cup of water with the COLONIX fiber mix. You should also drink six glasses of water throughout the day. The Dr. Natura program recommends you drink 2 liters of water a day. This water is key in enabling the fiber to act like a sponge which dissolves and dilute toxins. The water also helps flush the toxins out of your body.

Today I had a granola bar for breakfast, a pizza from California Pizza Kitchen, and a KFC famous bowl.

Day 25 – If I take Colonix will I have diarrhea?

Today is day 25 on the Dr. Natura COLONIX system, and at work I have some out of town guest visiting my office. They saw my box of COLONIX, and they asked me who’s taking that stuff. I told them I was on the colon cleansing program and that it was working out great. They had a bunch of questions, but the most important question seemed to be if the COLONIX caused diarrhea. I told them that COLONIX is designed to be gentle enough tha tI wouldn’t have violent attacks of diarrhea. I do feel some strong urges to go to the restroom, but it’s nothing extreme. There is no need for me to stay close to a toilet each time I take the COLONIX fiber powder and the paranil pills.

As far as what I ate today, I had a doughnut for breakfast, PF Changs for lunch, and some homemade chili. I did only have two bowel movements for today. I did drink a lot of water today, so tomorrow might be a big load day.
