In the Dr. Natura Colonix Toxinout instruction booklet, it says to take 2 capsules of DetoxiGreen during lunch or dinner.  But while examining the DetoxGreen bottle during my lunch hour I noticed the instruction on the bottle says Suggested use:

As a daily detox and antioxidant supplement, take 3 capsules daily with meals.

 So the Dr. Natura instruction booklet says to take 2 capsules but on the DetoxiGreen bottle itslef it says to take 3 capsules daily. Which one is correct? I emailed Dr. Natura on his website to find out and I’ll post his answer once I get it.

What is DetoxiGreen anyway – the bottle describes it as a daily detox and antioxidant support with vitamin, minerals, enzymes, amino acids and green phytofoods.

As far as my colon regular as usual, I had a granola bar for breakfast, meatloaf and mash potatoes for lunch, and corn beef has patties for dinner. I drank about 6 glasses of water today. Today is the 8th day on both systems and my leg muscles seem to ache today. The last time I took the Colonix system my muscles also ached but it was on the second day of the system.

The first product is Toxinout – which is a heavy metal toxing removal and liver detox support, which assists the body in the removal of heavy metals, including lead and mercury, and other toxins. It also detoxifying your blood, liver, kidneys and other organs.

Being on COLONIX and TOXINOUT helps my body by:

1. Cleansing my colon of accumulated toxic build up and prevent the formation of new build up through the use of a herbal dietary fiber.  This  should  be a lot easier for me since I’ve already been on the COLONIX program for  the last 30 days.

On my second day I haven’t noticed any changes in my body. The COLONIX fiber works really fast, and my bowel movement size has already increased to back when I was on the COLONIX program. I have had no body aches, upset stomach or headaches. I do notice that I’m a little more tired since taking both programs.

Let’s see what types of results or side affects I might have tomorrow. I’ll also go into greater detail about what’s in the TOXINOUT system.

Yesterday, I talked about drinking water and why you need water when cleaning your colon. What I realized is that I should really remember to take my KleriTea.
