The Dr. Natura website talked about why detoxification is so important. I was convinced that by taking toxinout is culd get rid of all those toxic chemicals and heavy metals in the air, drinking water, and my food. With my body not being able to breakdown these toxic chemicals they were supposively accumulating in my fat cells, blood, and organs. Let’s just say I might not have seen or felt any results, but I’m the only one in my family not to carch the Flu. So maybe just maybe Toxinout had a part in strengthening my immune system.

With Colonix you can see things happening by just looking in the toilet each morning. With Toxinout, I just don’t know what I’m supposed to be seeing or feeling. I guess my body is detoxifying. I don’t feel any different. No extra energy. What I should have done was gone to the doctor and had a blood test done, and after 30 days have my blood analyzed again.

Maybe after 30 days on Toxinout, I should try and apply for life insurance or something.

I mean I was on the Colonix system for over 30 days, so my body should be able to intake all these Toxinout capsules and help my body. According to the Dr. Natura website one of the testimonials said she had an immediate increase in energy. As for me I’m starting to feel like I wasted my money on the Toxinout program. We’ll revisit me feelings after the 30 day cycle.

That’s right folks TOXINOUT’s Flora Protect Probiotics has 8 billion microorganisms each serving. So that breaksdown to 4 million microorganisms per capsule.

The microorganisms in each capsules are:

So each day that I been on the TOXINOUT system I’ve been placing all those microorganisms in my body.  The role of all these microorganisms role is to protect the intestinal flora by replenishing the important strains of friendly bacteria. Thanks goodness all those 8 billion strains of bacteria are friendly bacteria for my intestines. What Dr. Natura  Flora Protect is trying to do is lay the foundation for a strong immune system producing healthy colon flora. These probiotics are bacteria trying to protect my gastrointestinal tract.

In the Dr. Natura Colonix Toxinout instruction booklet, it says to take 2 capsules of DetoxiGreen during lunch or dinner.  But while examining the DetoxGreen bottle during my lunch hour I noticed the instruction on the bottle says Suggested use:

As a daily detox and antioxidant supplement, take 3 capsules daily with meals.

 So the Dr. Natura instruction booklet says to take 2 capsules but on the DetoxiGreen bottle itslef it says to take 3 capsules daily. Which one is correct? I emailed Dr. Natura on his website to find out and I’ll post his answer once I get it.

What is DetoxiGreen anyway – the bottle describes it as a daily detox and antioxidant support with vitamin, minerals, enzymes, amino acids and green phytofoods.

As far as my colon regular as usual, I had a granola bar for breakfast, meatloaf and mash potatoes for lunch, and corn beef has patties for dinner. I drank about 6 glasses of water today. Today is the 8th day on both systems and my leg muscles seem to ache today. The last time I took the Colonix system my muscles also ached but it was on the second day of the system.

The instructions say Days 6-30

Morning:
4 Paranil capsules
1 Scoop Colonix fiber

During the day:
4 Toxinout capsules before lunch and dinner
2 DetoxiGreen capsules with lunch or dinner

Evening:
2 Flora Protect capsules 1 hour after supper or before bed
1 cup of KleriTea before bed

Plus 8 glasses (2 liters) of pure water throughout the day

So I’ve started to increase the number of capsules I’ve been taking. No real change as of yet.

What I ate today: For breakfast I ate a bagel with cream cheese, snacked on some doritos cool ranch chips, had some lingune for lunch, and a steak for dinner.

Someone sent an email saying that I should start mentioning what I’m eating each day again. So here goes: For breakfast I ate a bagel, lunch a BMT from Subway and KFC chicken for dinner.

Tomorrow is day six on both programs and that means more pills.

On my second day I haven’t noticed any changes in my body. The COLONIX fiber works really fast, and my bowel movement size has already increased to back when I was on the COLONIX program. I have had no body aches, upset stomach or headaches. I do notice that I’m a little more tired since taking both programs.

Let’s see what types of results or side affects I might have tomorrow. I’ll also go into greater detail about what’s in the TOXINOUT system.
