It was pretty disgusting at first. I did not have cramps, diarrhea or anything painful. I just went to the bathroom a lot more than usual and everything looked a bit different. I do feel MUCH better after doing the cleanse and my stomach is actually flatter...which I didn't really think could happen with a cleanse. For instance, is eating a "healthier diet" yield more of those "worms and parasites" coming out of you! You know how it goes "results are not typical".
