I read an article about Courtney Love cleaing out her colon with regular colonics. She says it was not to help her lose weight by detoxing her body. Colonics is a little different from taking a colon cleaning system it seems to be a quicker process. I haven’t tried it but I am curious about the results. When looking for a definition of what is colonic – A colonic is the infusion of water into the rectum by a colon therapist to cleanse and flush out your colon.
Before I try this out I thought I do a little more research or hopefully soemone else might be willing to share their colonic experience.
