Today is day one of starting on the Colonix program. I had a 10 day break from the system since I caught the flu and other things came up. I’m starting from the beginning again with the two paranil capsules and half a scoop of the fiber mix. Since I’ve been off the system for a while my bowel movements have been fewer and I feel constipated compared to when I was on the colon cleaning program. I can’t wait to drink the tea, since I haven’t been taking it for a while I do noticed that when I sleep it hasn’t been as deep as when I was on the system.
