I used dual action cleanse. It was pretty disgusting at first. I did not have cramps, diarrhea or anything painful. I just went to the bathroom a lot more than usual and everything looked a bit different. I do feel MUCH better after doing the cleanse and my stomach is actually flatter...which I didn't really think could happen with a cleanse. How often should I do a cleanse...and is Colonix a better product?
