Today is day 21 on the Dr. Natura COLONIX program, and my friend asked me how long did it take you to see results taking the colon cleaning products. I would have to say for me it was immediate. The first day I was easier to have a bowel movement. Bye the second day, it seemed like my bowel movement was larger and alot. According to Dr. Natura Colonix questions and answers, it seems the results vary with each person. Some experience results within the first 24 hours and others after a few days. It also says that most people report having more energy after a week or two. I have to say that for me I do notice an increase of energy.
The colon cleaning answers also go on to say that sometimes there are visible results. You may see amazing results in the toilet! I says you could see parasites hiding in your stool. Okay, I’ve taken pictures of my stool but have yet to try and break it apart looking for parasites.
Some questions to ask that may show signs of your colon cleansing working:
Is your stool stronger smelling? YES
Does it have different colors in it? YES, on somedays.
Are there much larger amounts than before? A BIG YES!
Is there a lot of mucus in it? NO
Are you going to the bathroom more often? Not really
Three yes’s means that the COLONIX program is working for me.
Today, I had a granola bar for breakfast, a steak for lunch and tacos for dinner. I had a total of three bowle movements.
