Today is day 23 on the Dr. Natura COLONIX system. I had only two bowel movements today. While the morning bowel movement was really large, the second bowel movement was smaller. Perhaps I didn’t drink enough water today. I ate a McDonalds egg mac muffin for breakfast, a bento from a small Japanese restaurant. My daughter had a soccer game today so I didn’t do much snacking, since I was at the soccer park for most of the day.
Another question I get asked a lot is if there are any side effects from taking the Dr. Natura COLONIX program? From my experience I would have to definitely say NO. I did have a slight headache the first two days on the COLONIX program. I even had a little muscle aches on my legs. But other than those few things, the COLONIX program has been really easy to use. I never experienced any explosive diarrhea or any upset stomach from taking the COLONIX program.
According to the COLONIX booklet, the COLONIX program doesn’t have any serious side-effects. There are some things that might occur in some people while their bodies are trying to expel parasites, Candida and toxins. Some symtons that my occur are fatigue, headaches, bloating, cramping, skin irritation or redness. The booklet states that if you expereince any of these symptons don’t panic. Unfortunately, the more toxic one’s body is, the more uncomfortable the cleansing may be initially. But rest assured these symptoms don’t last for more than a couple days, and usually once they pass, the person feels better than they have ever felt before. Should you experience discomforts or side-effects other than the normal signs of detoxification, including an allergic reaction to any of the herbs. You should stop taking the Dr. Natura program.
