Today is day 24th on the COLONIX program, I had two bowel movements and I seem to have a lot of gas. I had some clam chowder today for breakfast, the weather has been in the 20’s the last couple of days. For lunch I had two hot dogs and for dinner I had chicken and ribs. But whole day I was passing a lot of gas. I drank my KleriTea tonight so hopefully it cleans me out since tomorrow is Monday and back to work.
