Today is day 25 on the Dr. Natura COLONIX system, and at work I have some out of town guest visiting my office. They saw my box of COLONIX, and they asked me who’s taking that stuff. I told them I was on the colon cleansing program and that it was working out great. They had a bunch of questions, but the most important question seemed to be if the COLONIX caused diarrhea. I told them that COLONIX is designed to be gentle enough tha tI wouldn’t have violent attacks of diarrhea. I do feel some strong urges to go to the restroom, but it’s nothing extreme. There is no need for me to stay close to a toilet each time I take the COLONIX fiber powder and the paranil pills.
As far as what I ate today, I had a doughnut for breakfast, PF Changs for lunch, and some homemade chili. I did only have two bowel movements for today. I did drink a lot of water today, so tomorrow might be a big load day.
