Today is day 29 on the Dr. Natura COLONIX system. Last night, I soaked my KleriTea bag for ten minutes. The color of the tea was dark brwon and seemed a lot stronger in taste. The first thin this mornin I had to have a bowel movement and I felt really cleaned out. I was a great morning which turned into a great day. I could be because it’s a Friday, but I like to think it’s because of the KleriTea ten minutes. I had a bagel for breakfast, a hot dog for lunch and some prok chops for dinner.
