I’ll keep this post short since it is Christmas. This morning I gave the toilet a great big gift. Still on the two paranil capsules and half a scoop of the fiber mix. Soon I’ll move back up to the four paranil pills and a full scoop of the fiber. Hopefully, this time I last the full 30 days on the Colonix system.
