Today is day four on the Toxinout and Colonix program. The Dr. Natura instruction booklet says that the Toxinout system works best when taken together with Colonix. So it recommends that you take it together or if you have taken the Colonix program within the last 6-12 months. The reason they suggest you take both the Colonix and Toxinout together is because your colon is cleansed, nutrients and supplements are not absorbed thoroughly. This way you gain the maximum benefits from the toxinout system.
This is exactly what I’m doing. Let’s say I haven’t really noticed anything different since being on both systems. I do notice the benefits of remaining on Colonix, but I haven’t seen anything with the Toxinout. Perhaps it’s still to early to tell. With Colonix of course you can just take a look in the toilet and see the results. I’ll keep you all posted on the results.
