Today is my 5th day on the COLONIX program. It’s the last day of just taking two Paranil capsules and only half a scoop of COLONIX fiber. I was reading the instructions again today and I realized that it says to take the two capsules and approx 15 minutes later to take the fiber mix. I’ve been taking both at the same time. Tomorrow I’ll have to try out the 15 minute delay before taking the fiber mix. For the Kleri TeaI’ve been microwaving the water and making the tea, which is another no no. The instructions also says that the tea helps provide a restful night of sleep and I have to agree. The last couple of nights have been great nights of sleep. Here are today’s bowel movement pics.
