Today is day five, my last day of only taking half the dosage of Paranil and the colonix fiber mix. Tomorrow, is the full dose of four Paranil pills and a full scoop of Colonix fiber. A reader sent in an email telling me that I should also take note of what I’ve been eating, while on the colon cleaning program. I’ll start doing that tomorrow.
