Okay today is day six on the Dr. Natura Colonix colon cleansing system. Day six means four Paranil pills and a full scoop of Colonix fiber, I’m starting the full colon cleaning process. As for what I ate today, breakfast I ate a granola bar, lunch was a bowl of chili and dinner was 2 pieces of chicken and some rice.
