Today,is day seven on Dr. Natura’s Colonix colon cleansing system. I had a long bowel movement this morning after eating my granola bar breakfast. Lunch was a Subway BMT sandwich and dinner was some chicken, vegtables and rice. I’m still struggling to drink 8 galsses of water. For today I think I only drank about 3 glasses of water.
