Today is Sunday, day 8th of taking Dr. Natura COLONIX colon cleanse program. I noticed that I only had a bowle movement once today and perhpas it’s because I haven’t had enough water. In fact I only drank two glasses today. The instructions says to drink 8 glasses of water while taking everything.
