Today is my second day on the Colonix advance internal cleansing system. I took the the Paranil pills and mixed my powder mix. Since I’m still within the first five days, I only need to take half of a scoop. I did have a headache in the morning about an hour after taking both items and my hamstrings on my legs felt like I had a workout the day before. My leg muscles really felt tired the whole day. But no real amazing bowel movement, just the same old same old turds.
