Hey today I had a long one. It was the longest bowel movement I’ve had in years. The instructions for the Dr. Natura Colonix says some people see results as fast as 24 hours. So only three days to have a decent size bowel movement is great. I should have taken a picture of the big turd. I promise to bring my camera phone with me to bathroom tomorrow.
